THE EXECUTIVE'S DILEMMA:

NO early WARNING SIGNS

Your body adapts and compensates for years, masking the early stages of potentially deadly diseases. Without symptoms, life-threatening conditions like heart disease and cancer often go undetected until it's too late.

gaps in traditional testing

Annual physicals and routine tests often overlook critical early indicators of lurking chronic diseases and other life-threatening conditions. These gaps leave you vulnerable to diseases that could have been detected and treated earlier.

Time is Critical

Every moment counts when it comes to detecting and treating disease. Being proactive, not reactive, and committing to regular, advanced screenings is essential to stay ahead of illness and protect your future health.

FAQS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is this different from my annual physical?

The CT Comprehensive Body Scan offers a systematic, in-depth look at your entire body, allowing us to detect subtle changes or abnormalities that may not yet cause symptoms. Unlike an annual physical, which typically focuses on fragmented assessments such as basic exams and routine lab work, the CT scan evaluates multiple systems at once, providing a detailed view of your internal organs, tissues, and structures. This holistic approach helps identify potential health concerns earlier, giving you the opportunity to address them proactively.

What exactly can the scan detect?

Our CT Comprehensive Body Scan uses advanced, high-tech machines with a 128 to 640 slice count to provide detailed images of your body from the neck to the groin, covering many organs in 10 out of the 11 major organ systems (excluding the skin). This scan can detect potential concerns in areas such as the lungs, liver, kidneys, pancreas, and other vital organs. Unlike a full-body MRI, it also includes a heart scan with coronary calcium score, which helps assess heart health by measuring calcium buildup in and around the arteries. We offer additional proactive diagnostic screenings that can be discussed during your consultation.

How quickly do I get results?

While standard imaging results are typically available within 7-21 business days, we prioritize efficiency and aim to deliver your results within 48 hours whenever possible, ensuring a prompt and responsive experience.

What happens if something is found?

If something is detected during the scan, the level of seriousness can vary widely. We focus on helping you understand the priority of each finding and provide clear recommendations for next steps. These recommendations may range from urgent follow-up with a specific healthcare provider to simple lifestyle adjustments, depending on the nature of the finding. Our goal is to guide you toward the appropriate action for your health and peace of mind.

Is radiation exposure a concern?

We use the lowest dose radiation protocols possible to ensure your safety while still capturing precise imaging. Our radiology committee and technical team work closely with each CT machine to minimize radiation exposure. To put it in perspective, the amount of radiation from one CT Comprehensive Body Scan is roughly equivalent to what you would naturally be exposed to over the course of a year from environmental and everyday living sources.

How often should I get scanned?

The CT Comprehensive Body Scan is recommended once every 12 months as part of your proactive health plan. This annual scan serves as a critical foundation for early detection and prevention of chronic diseases, providing detailed insights that help you stay ahead of potential health risks. In some cases, if specific findings are detected, your healthcare provider may recommend more frequent scans. Regular annual screening ensures timely interventions and supports long-term well-being.
